REAL LIFE, NOT A BROCHURE
Buying a home does not automatically grant residence
An approved property may sometimes cost less than USD 375,000. However, property-linked residence is available only when the purchase price is at least USD 375,000.
Residence may be available under all five routes — IRS, RES, PDS, SCS and G+2 — when the purchase price is at least USD 375,000. It remains valid while you retain ownership.
